My first week hasn’t gone too well overall but I’ve had more of an urge to get into this, which is good.
Probably due to my lack of caffeine and nicotine during the GM, “helped” by being ill Tue-Thur, has meant my intake is still less than pre-GM. I’m averaging 2/3 coffees a day which is good. Today I’ve had two!
I’m going to roughly track both of these along with additional things like litres of water drank, etc.
My Gyroscope account uses Health.app so my walking is being counted which helps.
